Another reason I mentioned LEDE/OpenWRT with was the "WiFi fast" project which aims to fix latency issues. I put the C2000T in transparent bridge mode and my R7800 does the PPPoE dailing.
Unless support for MT7610E is added to OpenWrt through another driver, then I don't see any point to support this device. Since only the 2.4GHz radio is working, OpenWrt has less functionality than the D-Link firmware. While it was a fun project to put OpenWrt on the router, without support for 2.4GHz and 5GHz, I don't want to continue.

Würde man über eine Firewall/USG/… noch mehr VLANs anbieten z.b. für ein IoT/Homeautomation Netz oder eine DMZ kann man den Traffic genauso transportieren. Ein eigenes VLAN für die IoT Devices anlegen (z.B. VLAN 300), den Port zum Device untagged/pvid 300 und uplinks/zur Firewall das Vlan 300 taggen
